COLFOSCO
ALTA BADIA | SOUTH TYROL
Of course we had to go big — so we’re getting married in Italy! We’ll be celebrating in the charming mountain town of Colfosco, just above Corvara in the Dolomites, the Italian Alps. Colfosco is about a 3-hour drive from Venice (and a slightly longer journey from other major airports), but we promise the views are worth it. More logistics (Uzair’s favorite) to come, but for now, please make sure your passport is valid through October 2027.
Ice Skating
The idyllic Sompunt lake freezes in winter and becomes a skating rink. A magical winter landscape surrounds the small lake where you can skate during the day and in the evening.
Skates and curling stones can be rented at the lake.
Guided Hiking & Snowshoeing
This is the space to highlight the additional services and conveniences you provide to enhance the client or visitor experience.
Sledding
Not much of a skiier? That's okay! You can still enjoy the epic alpine views from the slopes in style in a traditional taboggan (wooden sled).
Skiing (of course)
As part of the Dolomiti Superski area, Colfosco provides access to over 1,000 km of pistes on one pass. It offers direct connections to the Sella Ronda circuit (clockwise and anti-clockwise) and Corvara. Have an ikon pass? Great, you have a minimum of 5 free days to use in the entire Dolomiti Superski area.
Relax & Renew
Kolfuschgerhof hotel has one of the nicest spas in the entire Dolomites. The views, epic. The sauna, well, it's "textile free" so be ready to make friends. The outdoor heated pool looks off onto the most stunning mountain range in the Dolomites so it's worth it to block off an afternoon here and maybe set yourself up with a massage while you are at it!
